- Orders can be placed online through our website, by email, or by phone.
- All orders are subject to availability.
- We accept payment methods, e.g., credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
- Full payment is required before the dispatch of goods.
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- We offer courier, post, and local pickup.
- Delivery charges will be calculated based on the customer's location and the weight of the order.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days of receiving payment.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and the chosen delivery method.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or courier service disruptions.
5. Returns and Refunds:
- We offer a 14-day return policy for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
